FUEL MONITORING
Fuel is your fleet's biggest cost — and the easiest thing to lose. We fit level sensors in the tank and show you what went in, what went out and where, to the second.
A sensor inside the tank reads the real level, litre by litre. It isn't an estimate — it's a measurement.
Any sudden drop in level triggers an instant alert by SMS, email or WhatsApp — with time, place and map.
Compare the litres on the receipt with the litres that actually entered the tank. No room for doubt.
Litres per 100 km, per driver and per route. Find out which vehicle — or which driver — costs you most.
PDF or Excel in your inbox daily, weekly or monthly. Ready for accounting.
An engine running while parked is money burning. Know how long, which vehicle, and what it cost.
Unauthorised detours burn fuel and time. Compare the route driven against the route planned.
The numbers vary by fleet, but the pattern repeats: the system pays for itself in the first year.
It is fitted inside the tank, with the vehicle off the road for around half a day. The work is done by our own technicians, and the tank is sealed and tested before it leaves. On truck tanks, calibration is done litre by litre to guarantee an accurate reading.
It works on virtually all diesel tanks. On light petrol vehicles the installation is more delicate and doesn't always pay off — in those cases we recommend reading through the CAN bus, which is less precise but non-invasive. We'll tell you which route makes sense during the site visit.
We recommend they do. Experience shows most of the saving comes from deterrence, not from catching people out. Once the team knows the tank is being read, losses stop almost immediately.
It carries a two-year warranty. If it fails within that period we replace it at no cost, labour included. The platform also warns you automatically if a sensor stops reporting.
